- Contact form: name, email address, and any company, role, or message details you choose to share.
- Reservations: name, email address, shipping address, and order details. Payment card information is collected and processed directly by Stripe — we do not see or store full card numbers.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- Process and fulfill reservations, including charging the balance payment described in our Pre-Order Terms.
- Send transactional emails about your reservation (order confirmation, shipping updates, balance charge notices).
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email unless you explicitly opt in.
Service Providers
We share information with a small number of service providers who help us operate the site and fulfill orders:
- Stripe — payment processing. See stripe.com/privacy.
- Vercel — website hosting and serverless functions.
- Email provider — to send order and support emails.
These providers are contractually bound to handle your information only on our behalf and consistent with this policy.
Cookies and Analytics
This site does not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. Stripe may set cookies on the checkout page for fraud prevention and to keep your checkout session active.
Data Retention
We keep reservation and order records for as long as needed to fulfill the order and meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Contact-form messages are kept while they remain useful for support, and removed on request.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email support@undyingsystems.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
