Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you join our mailing list, contact us, or place a reservation:
- Mailing list: when you sign up for product updates through the form on our site, we collect your email address.
- Contact form: your name and email address, plus any company, role, inquiry type, or message details you choose to share.
- Reservations: your name, email address, shipping address, optional company name, and order details. Payment card information is collected and processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers. Because the balance is charged when your Panther ships, Stripe securely keeps your card on file for that future charge (see our Pre-Order Terms).
We also automatically receive standard technical data through our hosting provider — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request — which is recorded in server logs to operate and secure the site.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- Process and fulfill reservations, including charging the balance payment described in our Pre-Order Terms.
- Send transactional emails about your reservation (order confirmation, shipping updates, balance charge notices).
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We never sell your personal information.
Mailing List & Marketing Emails
We keep two email lists, both managed through our email provider, Resend:
- Product updates: if you sign up through the form on our site, we add your email to our updates list and send occasional product news. This is entirely optional.
- Customers: when you place a reservation, we add you to our customer list so we can send order-related updates and occasional product news.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Opting out does not affect the transactional emails we need to send to fulfill your order (such as your order confirmation or balance-charge notice).
Service Providers
We share information with a small number of service providers who help us operate the site and fulfill orders:
- Stripe — payment processing. See stripe.com/privacy.
- Vercel — website hosting and serverless functions.
- Resend — sends our transactional, support, and mailing-list emails, and stores our email lists. See resend.com privacy.
These providers are contractually bound to handle your information only on our behalf and consistent with this policy.
Cookies and Analytics
This site does not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. Stripe may set cookies on the checkout page for fraud prevention and to keep your checkout session active.
Data Retention
We keep reservation and order records for as long as needed to fulfill the order and meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Contact-form messages are kept while they remain useful for support, and removed on request. Mailing-list subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email support@undyingsystems.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
